Paid Webinars or Seminars.  We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any webinar or seminar or related event(s) at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a seminar or event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed seminar or event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Any registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed webinar or seminar shall be applicable to the rescheduled webinar or seminar on a dollar-for-dollar basis only. In the event NW or GNW elects not to reschedule the canceled paid webinar, seminar or event, registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fees already paid. NW or GNW is not responsible for related or unrelated losses, costs and or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow 30 days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
Refund Policy for Courses. You are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 Administrative Fee within 15 days of having access to the program or completion of no more than the first two lessons, whichever comes first.
Course Terms & Conditions. Course subscription is available for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase and is for one person only (the registrant.) Course access may not be shared with others or transferred from the original person who is granted course access. All downloadable materials are copyrighted and are for the sole use of the registrant.
