Included is a transcript for each video with footnoted definitions of technical, medical, and commonly misunderstood words. These definitions have also been compiled for quick reference in a Glossary of Terms which is available for download with the first session.

The program includes short quizzes, called Assessments, to help emphasize the key points covered in each session. There are also practical worksheets to complete to help you apply the key points to your life and gain better results from this program.
